J-rack for barbell made of J shaped 430 steel plate and powder coated , with insertion of Teflon rollers where it is possible to slide the barbell, even when loaded, to find the centering more easily. Can be used for squat and bench exercises by varying the position in height along the perforated columns. Applicable to all our Rigs, Racks and Cages
